Mission
The Foundation for Independent Radio Broadcasting (FNR) is a Russian non-commercial organization. Our activities are aimed at developing high-quality independent radio broadcasting and new media journalism as well as serving the interests of civil society. The FNR creates its own content for new media and provides educational opportunities for journalists at in-house and distance learning courses.
The FNR website www.fnr.ru serves as the virtual center for FNR activities implemented in partnership with radio professionals from various regions all across Russia. The website is intended for radio professionals participating in the FNR partner broadcasters network and journalistic community as well as specialists representing mass media, civic organizations, business, and government agencies.
